ERP integration agency
ERP that actually connects to the rest of your business
Morsof implements, integrates and automates ERP systems for SMEs. Based in Casablanca, working with clients internationally. We connect your ERP to CRM, e-commerce, banking, finance and ops in one production-grade stack.
Who this is for
Three signals that an ERP engagement will pay back fast.
Founders & COOs running ops on a disconnected ERP
Your ERP is the system of record on paper. In practice, sales lives in a CRM, finance lives in spreadsheets, and the warehouse runs on email. You need a real backbone, not seven tools pretending to coordinate.
CFOs and finance leaders losing days to reconciliation
Invoicing, payment status, banking and accounting don't agree with each other. Closing the month takes a week. You need automation that closes the loop between the ERP, your bank and your CRM.
Tech leaders consolidating or migrating ERP
You're moving off legacy ERP, integrating after an acquisition, or replacing spreadsheets with a real system. You need a partner who handles data migration, integration and rollout without blowing up the close.
What we build on ERP
Concrete deliverables, not slideware.
- ERP implementation, customization and migration (Odoo, SAP Business One, Sage, NetSuite, custom Postgres)
- ERP and CRM synchronization with real-time bi-directional updates (orders, invoices, accounts, payment status)
- E-commerce sync (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom storefronts) with stock, pricing and order flow
- Accounts-payable and accounts-receivable automation, banking integration, payment reconciliation
- Inventory, warehouse and purchasing workflows tied to sales and finance
- Finance dashboards, management reports and forecasting models, exposed to leadership in tools they already use
How we work
A four-step engagement designed to ship in weeks, not quarters.
- 1
ERP review
30-min callWe map your current ERP, the systems around it (CRM, e-commerce, banking, spreadsheets), the painful manual loops, and the people who depend on the output. You leave with a 1-page recommendation, even if you don't engage us.
- 2
Integration blueprint
1 weekWe deliver a written blueprint: data model, integration map, automation rules, hosting plan, scope, timeline and fixed quote. You decide whether to proceed before any code is written.
- 3
Build & migrate
3 to 8 weeksWe configure the ERP, build the integrations and automations, migrate your existing data, run both systems in parallel, and roll out. We train the team and document every workflow.
- 4
Operate & extend
OngoingWe maintain the system, respond to incidents, ship enhancements every sprint, and extend the ERP footprint as your operations evolve. Cancel any time.

Frequently asked questions
What buyers usually ask before engaging.
How long does an ERP integration project take?
Most engagements ship a working ERP and CRM sync in 3 to 6 weeks and reach steady state in 8 to 14 weeks. Greenfield Odoo or NetSuite implementations sit at the longer end. Pure connector work (Shopify to Odoo for example) can be 2 to 3 weeks.
Odoo vs SAP vs Sage vs NetSuite vs custom: how do you pick?
We pick based on company size, sector, integration depth, hosting preference and budget. SMEs under 50 people and fast-growing companies usually land on Odoo (open source, hostable) or NetSuite (cloud, deeper finance). SAP Business One fits midmarket manufacturing and distribution. Sage works for traditional finance teams. Custom (Postgres) wins when data sovereignty or unusual processes dominate.
Can you migrate us from one ERP to another?
Yes. We audit your current ERP and customizations, map the data model, run both systems in parallel for a validation window, then cut over. Full historical data (orders, invoices, accounting) is preserved and reconciled.
How do you price ERP integration projects?
Fixed-price for the build phase based on the blueprint scope, then a monthly retainer for hosting, monitoring and continuous extension. Most SME engagements land between EUR 5,000 and EUR 25,000 for the build and EUR 800 to EUR 2,500 per month ongoing. Greenfield ERP implementations can exceed this range.
What does ongoing maintenance look like?
We monitor integration health, respond to incidents, patch ERP modules and connectors, run weekly backups with monthly restore tests, and ship 1 to 3 enhancements per sprint. You get a shared Slack channel and a monthly written report.
Do you sign NDAs and handle our financial data carefully?
Yes. We sign NDAs on request, keep financial data inside your ERP and your environment whenever possible, encrypt secrets at rest and in transit, and document every data flow. We do not train AI models on your data.
Where are you based, and do you work with international clients?
We are based in Casablanca, Morocco, and work with SMEs internationally. We operate in English, French and Arabic, and deliver remotely with regular video syncs.
How do I get started?
Book a 30-min ERP review. You'll leave with a 1-page recommendation tailored to your stack, even if you don't engage us. If we're a fit, the blueprint phase begins the following week.
