This policy explains what information Morsof collects when you use morsof.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We keep data collection to what we genuinely need to run the site, respond to you, and improve what we offer.

Morsof ("we", "us") is a systems and automation agency operating from Morocco and serving clients internationally. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you give us through the contact form: your name, email address, company, an optional phone number, and the content of your message.
  • Information you give us when subscribing to our newsletter: your email address and your preferred language. Subscription is double opt-in, meaning we email you to confirm before sending anything.
  • Information collected automatically when you browse: pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, referring page, and interactions with the site. We do not record your screen or session.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, scope and deliver work for you.
  • Send the newsletter you subscribed to, and let you unsubscribe at any time.
  • Understand how the site is used so we can improve content, performance, and structure.
  • Keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.

Cookies and analytics

We use a security tool on the contact form to tell humans from bots. This is a strictly necessary control and runs only when you use that form.

We use a privacy-conscious analytics service to understand how the site is used in aggregate. We do not record your screen or session. We show a notice about analytics when you first visit. You can object to analytics at any time by emailing contact@morsof.com, and you can block analytics cookies through your browser settings or a "Do Not Track" signal.

Service providers we rely on

We work with trusted providers to run the site and our services (hosting, email, analytics, security). They only process your data on our behalf.

International data transfers

Some data may be processed outside your country. When that happens, we make sure it stays protected.

Your rights

Data retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting relationship, and then for a reasonable period for our records. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained in aggregate to track trends over time.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. When we do, we revise the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear on the site.
