Custom Solutions

Custom Business Systems Built Around Your Workflow

Bespoke systems we design, build and operate when your business needs something no off-the-shelf platform handles natively.

Who this is for

Three signals that a custom build will pay back faster than another SaaS subscription.

Founders whose operation has outgrown generic SaaS

Your workflow has unusual rules, your data model doesn't fit a standard CRM or ERP, or your customers expect something off-the-shelf can't deliver. You need a system shaped to your business, not the other way around.

Heads of ops watching teams glue Excel and manual processes together

The team keeps inventing workarounds in spreadsheets, email threads and shared docs. The workarounds become the system. You need a real backbone before the chaos compounds.

Tech leaders who need a system they fully own

You want production-grade software you can extend, audit and host where you choose, with no per-seat lock-in and no vendor controlling your roadmap.

What we build

Concrete deliverables, not slideware.

Web applications and internal dashboards built around your specific workflow
Custom workflow engines, approval flows and process automation tailored to your operation
Operational dashboards, analytics and reporting built directly on your data
Admin panels, dispatchers and command consoles that replace spreadsheets and shared docs
Custom API layers that connect your systems together when no off-the-shelf integration exists
Production-grade hosting on a hardened VPS with monitoring, backups and version control

How we work

A four-step engagement designed to ship in weeks, not quarters.

  1. 1

    System review

    30-min call

We map your current workflow, the systems already in place, the people who depend on the output, and where the friction lives. You leave with a 1-page recommendation, even if you don't engage us.

  2. 2

    Build blueprint

    1 week

We deliver a written blueprint: data model, system architecture, UI surfaces, automations, hosting plan, scope, timeline and fixed quote. You decide whether to proceed before any code is written.

  3. 3

    Build & deploy

    3 to 8 weeks

We build the system end-to-end, integrate with your existing tools, deploy to production, instrument logging and monitoring, and hand over documentation. Tight feedback loops every week.

  4. 4

    Operate & extend

    Ongoing

We maintain the system, respond to incidents, ship enhancements every sprint, and extend functionality as your operation evolves. Cancel any time.

What we've shipped

A few examples from the broader portfolio.

Smart Collections Hub

Custom accounts-receivable system orchestrating reminders across email, WhatsApp and SMS, with payment-status sync to the ERP and escalation rules tuned per customer segment. Cut overdue invoices and freed weekly hours of finance work.

Event Management System

Custom event-ops system covering registrations, attendee management, agenda scheduling, communications and post-event reporting. One operational backbone replacing six tools the team was stitching together.

Frequently asked questions

What buyers usually ask before engaging.

How long does a custom project take?

Most engagements ship a working first version in 3 to 5 weeks and reach steady state in 6 to 12 weeks. The blueprint phase defines exact scope before a line of code is written, so the timeline is set, not estimated. Larger custom platforms can extend beyond this; we tell you in the blueprint.

When is custom better than an off-the-shelf SaaS?

When your workflow rules don't fit a standard CRM or ERP, when you'd be paying for 80% features and customizing the other 20%, when data sovereignty or unusual processes dominate, or when the per-seat economics no longer make sense at your scale. If a SaaS already fits, we tell you so and don't take the engagement.

Who owns the code?

You own the code. We deliver to a repository you control, with full documentation. No vendor lock-in, no licensing per seat, no roadmap held hostage.

How do you price custom projects?

Fixed-price for the build phase based on the blueprint scope, then a monthly retainer for hosting, monitoring and continuous extension. Final pricing depends on the system's surface area, the integrations and data migration scope, the SLAs we agree on, and whether you need inference on private infrastructure or third-party API budgets passed through. We share a precise number after the 30-minute review, with no obligation to engage further.

What does ongoing maintenance look like?

We monitor system health, respond to incidents, patch dependencies, run weekly backups with monthly restore tests, and ship 1 to 3 enhancements per sprint. You get a shared Slack channel and a monthly written report.

How do I get started?

Book a 30-min custom-solutions review. You'll leave with a 1-page recommendation tailored to your workflow, even if you don't engage us. If we're a fit, the blueprint phase begins the following week.
