About Morsof
We build the systems that make growing companies run.
Morsof is a systems and automation agency. We design and ship the connected stack behind operations: n8n workflows, AI assistants, CRM and ERP integration, internal tools, and custom platforms when the off-the-shelf doesn't fit.
What we do
One agency, one connected stack
Most growing businesses don't have a tooling problem, they have a stitching problem. Five tools that don't talk to each other, three spreadsheets holding the gaps, a team spending more time hunting context than acting on it. We replace that with one connected system: workflows that run on schedule, integrations that move data without anyone copy-pasting, AI assistants that answer the questions teams used to forward, and dashboards leadership can read on their own.
We work on production-grade infrastructure, not prototypes. The system we ship is the system you run.
How we work
Four steps, no surprises
Every engagement follows the same shape. You always know where we are and what comes next.
- 1Week 1
Review
We map your current setup, surface the friction, and define what the system should do at the end. You leave with a 1-page architecture recommendation tailored to your stack, even if we don't continue.
- 2Week 2
Blueprint
We define the surface of the build: what gets connected, what gets automated, what gets a UI. Locked scope before any code, no scope creep mid-build.
- 3Weeks 3 to N
Build
We ship iteratively, on production-grade infrastructure. Each milestone lands a usable surface for your team, not a slide deck. You review, we adjust, we move.
- 4Ongoing
Operate
We stay involved after launch. Monitor the system in production, ship enhancements, tune the workflows against real usage. Or hand off cleanly if you want to run it internally.
How we build
Four principles that decide every trade-off
When something is unclear, these are the defaults we apply.
Production-grade, not prototype
Versioning, error workflows, retries, monitoring, proper credential handling. The system has to run when nobody is watching. Most automation work we audit fails this bar.
Ownership and portability
You own the code, the data, the credentials. Workflows are versioned. Documentation is part of the deliverable. If you ever stop working with us, the system keeps running and any competent dev team can take over.
One connected system
We build for the whole stack, not a single integration. Workflows talk to each other, share data models, and reuse common pieces. Less duplication, fewer failure points.
Honest scope
We say no to work that isn't the right fit. Sometimes the answer is a smaller pilot. Sometimes it's a different tool you can buy. We tell you which, even when it means a smaller engagement.
Who we work with
Growing companies where systems are starting to matter
Three signals that you're in the right zone for what we do.
Operations are core to the business
You're past the stage where one person can hold the whole process in their head. Things slip when a tool fails or a team member is out. Workflows need to run without depending on a specific person.
Tools have multiplied faster than they connect
You bought a CRM, an ERP, a help desk, a few SaaS tools. Each is fine on its own. The problem is the gaps between them, the spreadsheets bridging the gaps, and the people maintaining those spreadsheets.
You want to ship, not pilot forever
You're looking for a partner who will build the production system, hand off cleanly, and stay involved for operate. Not a 6-month workshop with no shipped surface at the end.
Frequently asked questions
What clients ask before they engage.
What does Morsof actually do?
We design and build the systems that run operations: workflow automation on n8n, AI assistants for team and customer use, CRM and ERP integration, internal tools, and custom software when the stack needs something off-the-shelf doesn't deliver. We work end-to-end, from architecture to production.
Where are you based?
We're based in Casablanca, Morocco, and work with SMEs internationally. We operate in English, French and Arabic, and deliver remotely with regular video check-ins.
What languages do you work in?
English, French and Arabic. The website is fully trilingual. Documentation and code comments are in English by default for portability.
How big is your team?
We're a small senior team. Every engagement has a lead engineer accountable for the build and a project lead accountable for the outcome. We deliberately stay focused: we'd rather ship fewer projects well than spread thin.
What does a typical engagement look like?
It starts with a 30-minute review, optionally followed by a paid 1 to 2 week blueprint phase where we lock the scope. Then build phase, typically 4 to 12 weeks depending on surface area. Operate phase is monthly and ongoing. Many clients run with us for years, others hand off cleanly after launch.
How do you price?
Pricing follows the work. Drivers: number of systems connected, AI components vs deterministic logic, custom UI surface, data sensitivity and compliance needs, and how much we operate after launch. We give a precise number after the 30-minute review, when we understand the actual scope. Not before.
